As photographers, weddings are always wonderful celebrations to capture. However to have known our groom's family for over 12 years with their highly acclaimed bridalwear boutique Sofi Designs supplying both British & International couture designers, it was an honour and a pleasure to be commissioned to capture Tarik & Amina's beautiful wedding at the magnificent Tylney Hall.
A cultural celebration for everyone in attendance, combining 5 different nationalities, their mixed marriage echoed their Moroccan & Egyptian cultures with a vibrant atmosphere which encapsulated the whole day with emotion, fun & a burst of both British and Middle Eastern traditions.
As we share some of the special moments from their day it is true when they say 'a photo speaks 1000 words'. From the emotional pre-ceremony shots of our groom, through to dance shots where we see some lovely expressions.
It goes without saying that Amina looked absolutely beautiful in an exclusive dress created by Ronald Joyce from the Victoria Jane 2018 collection which Ronald Joyce gave Amina exclusivity to wear before it's official release. Mother of the Bride, Fatma, looked lovely in a bespoke outfit designed and created exclusively for her by British Couture bridal designer Ian Stuart.
When Fatma approached us over 10 years years ago and said "when my son Tarik gets married we want Burlison to capture the day, we know what you can do". Well true to those words we did (with a tear in our eyes writing this blog) , and we were thrilled to be a part of it. From all the team at Burlison, we wish Amina & Tarik our very best wishes for their future happiness together.
