Congratulations to St Swithuns School, Winchester who celebrate the beginning of the school's 135th year. St Swithuns opened on the 5th May 1884 with just 16 pupils and was the brain child of Anna Bramston, daughter of the Dean of Winchester, who was struck by the lack of proper education for girls.
The school has gone from strength to strength ever since and has become one of the UK's leading independent schools for girls and we were delighted to capture the re-creation of the school's original daisy logo from the air with our CAA approved Aerial Drone as part of their celebrations. Wishing the school continued success for at least another 135 years!
